1. Abhyanga (Traditional oil massage)

Duration : 60 minutes

Herbal oil massage performed by trained Ayurvedic specialists. It helps to loosen the toxins, lubricate and protect tissues from damage.


2. Shirodhara

Duration : 60 minutes

Shirodhara is one of the most popular therapy these days used in high-end spas & retreats around the world. As per Ayurveda, Shirodhara is a very effective therapy for reducing stress and stress related symptoms. This therapy drips warm oil / liquid herbs in steady stream on forehead. It helps to release stress, quiets the mind and sharpens the senses. It also strengthens hair roots and makes the hair soft.




3. Nasya (Nasal oil drops)

Duration : 45 minutes

It is an important step to remove toxins from nose and paranasal sinuses for all type of doshas. Nose is considered to be the gateway of the head. Some of the sense organs are connected with the nose through orifices or ducts. Therefore symptoms of the head including eyes, ears, nervous system & nose could be improved by administration of medicated oil.

4. Swedana (Therapeutic steam)

Duration : 20 minutes

For centuries, the world’s great healers considered heating the body a potent and important technique for creating better health. Because of the therapeutic application of heat to the body, skin is exercised, opening the pores and toxins are naturally moved out of the body. Swedana helps in deep relaxation of mind and body, energetic & youthful look, increased metabolism, relaxed muscles, clear sinuses, reduced congestion, warm, soft, hydrated skin and an overall boost to the immune system.

Steam is essentially added on as extra therapy with Abhyanga.


5. Pinda Sweda

Duration : 90 minutes

It is a process in which whole body or any specific part is applied with boluses tied up in muslin bag containing herbal leaves, herbs or herbal powders or cooked medicated rice.


6. Virechana (Purgation)

This eliminates the toxic or waste matters from the intestine. It is an effective therapy for Pitta dosha disorder.

7. Hrid Basti

Duration : 45 minutes

This is especially rejuvenating for the Heart. It strengthens the heart muscle and increases strength and vitality at a very essential level.


8. Kati Basti

Duration : 45 minutes

Kati Basti is the traditional therapy where dough of herbal powders placed around the spine of the lower back that looks like a small dam. Warm medicated oils are poured in the dam & kept for a while to give a soothing experience. A series of these therapies are amazingly beneficial and relax the total body.

9. Netra Basti

Duration : 45 minutes

In this therapy, entire eye area is covered with medicated oil to release the inner tension of the eye sockets and to soothe the dry wrinkles. This therapy is used to nourish the nervous system through the eyeball. In the modern times, since many people spend lots of time on computer screens, laptops, watching TV etc, their eyes are always stressed out leading to general headache, overall stress & early aging of eye tissues. Netra Basti is the key to get rid of all these issues. It brings a glamorous sparkle to the eyes. Netra Basti ends with a short facial massage.


10. Ashma Sweda – Hot stone massage

Duration : 90 minutes

This specialized massage with hot stones dates back to Vedic times and it was known as Ashma sweda. During this therapy, the therapist uses smooth, heated stones, either as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body while they focus on other parts of the body. Penetrating heat of the stones releases the deep seated toxins, help warm up tight muscles, and makes one feel rejuvenated.

It is one of the most popular therapies among spa-regulars.

11. Lepan – Body wrap

Duration : 60 minutes

Body wrap is a therapy where you are slathered with a body mask made of custom tailored herbal paste then wrapped for 20 minutes to keep you warm. Later the product is rinsed off. The body wrap usually ends with an application of lotion (technically not a massage). This body wrap therapy is sometimes called a body cocoon or body mask. It is normally a detox therapy that helps body to get rid of toxins through metabolic stimulation; helps melt subcutaneous fat in a healthier way and gives excellent exfoliation.

12. Udvartana – Dry powder massage

Duration : 90 minutes

Massaging the entire body with specialized herbal power mix is an ancient way to balance kapha. This safe way of exfoliation is typically recommended before Abhyanga and beneficial to get rid of toxins along with giving tone to muscles.

13. Marma therapy

Duration: 60 minutes

Marma points are the secret vital points in your body that can be called as access points or gateways to the body’s inner universe.
