Sherri Smith

In Nov 2009, I earned my 500hrs teacher training @ Sunstone Yoga in Dallas. This opportunity allowed me to meet so many wonderful, interesting people. Since my studies in yoga had brought so much fruition into my life I began to lean towards Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. Ayurveda, which means the science of life, is an ancient holistic approach to health and well-being. I was then connected to Houston Ayurveda while working at the Texas Yoga conference, and was lucky enough to meet Sunita a few months later. And now a few years later, I am happy, healthy, and absolutely love being able to share this healthy wisdom with the world.
Yoga and Ayurveda can be for anyone, at any age, or physical shape. Do something for yourself, this is your life. Take care of yourself and enjoy it!
